Surdex has truly excellent employees. Our success hinges on how well every employee operates to ensure our products are on time and meet our rigorous standards for quality. At the end of each quarter, employees nominate fellow employees who have made some exceptional effort, and an Employee of the Quarter is chosen. At the end of the year, the quarterly winners are evaluated, and an Employee of the Year is selected.
