NAIP Image Graces Leica 2020 Calendar

The June image of Leica Geosystems’ 2020 #airbornesensing calendar features this 60 cm GSD image of the Mississippi River in Louisiana, captured by Surdex with the Leica ADS100 pushbroom sensor. The false color composite does a great job of showcasing the river and all its tributaries as it flows towards the Gulf of Mexico. This image was captured in support of the National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP), which acquires imagery during the agricultural growing seasons in the continental United States.
